It's time to start thinking like a CEO of a larger company.

We will:

  2. Discuss creating policies and procedures

By the end of this month you will:

Embrace the power of building the right team

We will:

  3. Discuss managing versus leading teams
  4. Review the book The Art of Appreciation for Teams

By the end of this month you will:

  • Build your staffing strategy to support your growth
  • Outline your staffing plan - when and how

Marketing and Branding for Success

How will your brand support your business growth and what are some strategies you should try?

We will:

  1. Reviewing using storytelling as a form of marketing
  2. Discuss how to conduct a brand assessment
  3. Review tips for marketing in a digital age

By the end of this month you will:

  • Assess your brand and plan to update as needed
  • Develop a marketing plan of action
  • Start or edit your brand story

Perfect Pitch

How will you talk about and "pitch" your growth idea? Your pitch is the most critical element to ensuring your growth succeeds.

We will:

  1. Discuss the element of a pitch
  2. Work together to build your pitch

By the end of this month you will:

  • Have created a pitch
  • Had the opportunity to present your pitch to the group and receive feedback
  • Tweak your pitch and share in the community

What is included?

Kick-Off Virtual Workshop

Join us for a two-hour session where we will get to know each other, set our intentions, and begin the work that will shape the next 6 months. This session will focus on preparing you to build your vision board and introduce you to the portal and our first exercises to get started.

Pre & Post Planning Sessions

You will meet with your guide, Nancy G. Allen, before you start the mastermind to help you set your goals and discuss your needs. You will then meet with Nancy again at the end to review your progress and establish a 90 day action plan.

Six-Month Mastermind

Each month you will log in to our online portal to access the training and exercises for that month. Then join us in our live virtual session with other mastermind members to discuss and share feedback.

Bonus Capability Statement Assessment

Your capability statement is your business calling card. It is often your first impression when speaking with prospective companies or organizations you are looking to do business with. 

Nancy will take you through the elements of a "Killer Capability Statement" and will review your current statement, making suggestions on how to transform it.
